The company was incorporated in 1964. Today, Leopoldo Bartolini is in charge, continuing on the course charted by Ing. Massimo Spagnoli, with the assistance of Efisio Lucignani and Mario Giorgio Loi.

The shipyard has lifting and launch tanks, a travel lift for up to 350 tons, an internal haulage trolley with a capacity of up to 250 tons, 30,000 m2 of open-air storage boatyards, 8,000 m² of covered storage area (with a further 4,000 under construction which will come onstream in October 2006), a quay for vessels of up to 45 m, and a ship chandler.

The shipyard is equipped to carry out routine and extraordinary maintenance work with its own staff as well as external technicians and skilled craft workers selected from the finest specialists available in the sector.
